The support & knowledge that RGS have delivered right from teams ordering the products, technical lessons and usage explanations, to the teams arriving into Antigua has been without hitch or hindrance.Vitally having Terry, Lee and Charlie all in La Gomera, providing fleet wide technical support, as well as ensuring all of their customers including our Support Yachts, were 100% ready and confident was an absolute game changer for the fleet and the race as a whole.  RGS’s constant supervision, detailed knowledge, immediate response time and caring attitude towards each and everyone of our team members has allowed the Satellite Comms to be fluid, cost effective and fully understood ensuring our fleet can chat to sponsors, supporters and of course families during every part of their Atlantic Row.RGS has changed the face of satellite communications in the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge and we look forward to working together for many years to come.

I can’t thank you enough for all your support and generosity – your satphones provided us with a reliable form of communication on board and enabled us to cross safely: we used them to get our daily updates from our weather router, speak to our physio when one of the team members was injured, speak to an engineer when our water maker broke, get feedback from the Atlantic Campaign team, and also receive messages of support from sponsors and loved ones.

Thank you Terry for the outstanding service we have received from Range Global over the last two years. We run a 2nd generation caribou hunting outfit that has been in operation for over 30 years. We fly 200 clients per year hundreds and hundreds of miles from the nearest civilization to outpost camps located in the heart of Nunavik. Our camps are extremely remote and are only accessible by float planes or helicopters. We, our staff and our clients rely solely on the satellite communications you provide us with. We’ve used plenty of other satellite communication providers in the past but none come close to comparing to the level of service and equipment that you have provided us.
